What Areas Do You Serve?

We serve New Orleans and the immediate surrounding areas (Westbank, Kenner, Metairie, Chalmette, River Ridge/Harahan). We DO NOT travel to areas outside of these.

What's The Difference Between The Packages?

We offer 2 different soft play packages and 3 other rental packages. 
Soft Play Packages:
- Mini Play (10x10): Great option for smaller spaces. Intended for 5 or less children. 3x3ft Ball Pit. Bounce house and certain pieces of equipment not included.
- Little Play (10x16): Largest package, includes a bounce house and all equipment. Ball Pit 3x6ft. Intended for 6 or more children.

Other Packages:
- Ball Pit Only: 6x6x2 white ball pit, 8x8 white floor mats, 10x10 white tent.
- Bounce House Only:  14x10x11 white bounce house.

How Do I Book?

The best way to inquire about booking is to fill out the booking inquiry form on this website's home page. Once submitted, we will send you an email with pricing & information on our packages within 12 hours.

What Is The Booking Process Like?

We know how stressful hosting a party can be so we strive to make the booking process as simple as possible for you! Expect the booking process to go as follows:
You submit a booking inquiry form (on website home page).
We respond within 12 hours with pricing and info on our packages.
You choose a package & make a deposit to reserve your party date and sign the waiver.
No just sit back and relax, we take care of everything else from here! (:

Question 5

What's Needed To Reserve A Date?

All dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and availability. To secure your preferred date, a deposit is required - this amount varies depending on the package you get but typically does not exceed $100. This deposit confirms your booking and is applied toward your total rental cost. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your event. We recommend booking early and submitting your deposit promptly to guarantee your reservation.

Can You Customize A Package To The Theme Of My Party?

Yes! FREE customization is included in all rentals! Our packages come in a base color of white. We will match the ball pit balls to your theme colors. We'll also customize the ball pit wall with a happy birthday phrase + any theme designs! If your theme has colors we don’t currently have we will try our best to get them.

Surface Required

Accepted Answer

We require hard and leveled surfaces such as indoors or concrete to set up our soft play equipment on. We will not set up on sand, mud, wet or uneven surfaces.

OUTDOOR PARTIES - PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE CONCRETE TO SET UP ON. If you choose to set up the soft play area on grass, THERE WILLL BE A GRASS FEE.

When setting up on grass the floor mats WILL buckle and does not look/function the best.

Sanitization Methods

All soft play equipment, gate, floor mats, tent and bounce houses are sanitized throughly before and after each use. We use toxic free, fragrance free, all-natural plant- based disinfectant product to ensure no germs are left behind so your little one and guests can play with no worries.

Weather Policy

We do not set up outdoors on grass if the grass is wet or if it will rain the day of. We require you to have a back up plan ( indoor area or paved outdoor area) just in case mother nature is not on our side when planning on an outdoor/outdoor grass set up.

Rental Duration

Accepted Answer

All packages have a rental duration of 4 hours. Additional hours can be booked for a fee. If less time is desired we can do an early pick up however the price does not change.
